I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was genuinely friendly and tried their best to assist us, there were quite a few issues that were hard to overlook, especially with the room and the dining choices. On the upside, the location was decent, but not without its drawbacks, particularly noise from the highway. Overall, I found it lacked the Crowne Plaza standard I expected.

The rooms weren't ready at check-in, which was frustrating, especially with an upset baby in tow. Additionally, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke and chlorine, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

The staff was nice and genuinely tried to help, and I have to give a shout-out to Renee, Rolando, and Andrew for their efforts. However, the service did come with a lot of shortcomings that dampened the overall experience.

The location felt a bit sketchy and noisy, as the hotel was across the highway. While it wasn't a deal-breaker for me, it certainly affected my comfort level.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is pretty convenient for getting around the Dallas-Ft Worth area, but the neighborhood didn't feel the safest. The staff was friendly, and they quickly credited us for one night's stay without any hassle, which was a plus. However, the musty smell in the room and the lack of amenities like a refrigerator and microwave were definitely downsides.
